Join your neighbors for an afternoon of food, conversation, and community as we gather for the Bridgeville Chase HOA Summer General Meeting.

Whether you're a longtime resident or new to the neighborhood, this is a wonderful opportunity to meet your neighbors, learn what's happening in our community, and share your ideas for the future of Bridgeville Chase.

We'll provide:
🌭 Hot dogs
🥔 Chips
💧 Water

We invite everyone to bring a favorite dish, side, dessert, or refreshing summer treat to share. Whether it's your famous potato salad, fresh fruit, cookies, or lemonade, we'd love to enjoy it together!

Please don't forget to bring a lawn chair so you can relax and visit with your neighbors.

Meeting Highlights

During the meeting we'll provide updates on:

• HOA finances

• Community improvement projects

• Our new neighborhood website

• Volunteer opportunities

• Email notifications and communication updates

• Proxy forms and governing documents

There will also be an Open Forum where homeowners can ask questions, offer suggestions, and discuss topics important to our neighborhood. Prefer to stay anonymous? A question box will be available as well.
