Memorial Day 2026 Flag Ceremony
The Bridgeville Chase HOA held its first Memorial Day Flag Ceremony on May 25, 2026 at 10 am at the neighborhood’s entrance. The ceremony opened with songs America the Beautiful and God Bless America while thirty-three attendees congregated. A welcome and opening remarks were offered by Joe Sweeney, HOA President. The Star-Spangled Banner was played. A roll call and placement of flags for our fallen and missing in action veterans was followed by a roll call and placement of flags for our deceased veterans. A moment of silence was observed, followed by a playing of Taps. Joe closed the ceremony with expression of thanks for all who attended to pay their respects. The following veterans were honored.
