General Membership Meeting

This meeting is an opportunity for all of us to come together, stay informed, and continue shaping the future of our neighborhood as a community.

We’ll be following up on the great ideas shared during the January 2026 General Meeting, along with providing an update on our financial outlook and discussing upcoming community improvements. We’ll also take time to talk about neighborhood security and ways we can continue to support a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

There will be a vote on two proposed updates to our By-Laws:

• By-Law 3.6 would allow homeowners to opt in to electronic communications, helping reduce mailing costs for the community.

• By-Law 20.2 would adjust the number of affirmative votes required to amend an existing By-Law, making it easier to update guidelines that are now over 20 years old.

In the coming weeks, HOA members will be reaching out to neighbors to help confirm attendance and collect proxy votes, ensuring everyone has a voice even if they can’t attend in person.

Your input truly matters to us. We’ll be hosting an open forum where homeowners can share feedback, ideas, and questions. Prefer to stay anonymous? No problem—there will also be a question box available.
